ALMiG is expanding and is now looking for an experienced technical salesperson in compressed air technology and service. Ideally based around Halmstad. The head office for Sweden is located in Skåne. As a salesperson, you will be responsible for ALMiG in the region where you will sell and represent the company's energy and cost-effective compressors for both service workshops and all types of industry. Job Responsibilities

As a technical salesperson, you will primarily work with new customer acquisition but also with existing customers to represent ALMiG in the area. You will be responsible for the company's establishment in the region and will also work on positioning and marketing the company with budget responsibility. For example, you will: * Prospect potential customers * Schedule and conduct meetings focusing on new customer sales and offer service * Manage, support, and develop existing customers. This position is suitable for you who have experience in the role of a technical salesperson and are attracted by the opportunities to build something new for the region. You will be offered a role with a lot of freedom under responsibility where the right person has excellent development opportunities.

We are looking for someone who

Has experience in technical sales within B2B and preferably from the industry * Can work remotely * Possesses a good technical understanding, with a technical post-secondary education being an advantage * Speaks and writes both Swedish and English as internal and external contacts occur in these languages * Has good computer skills * Holds a B driver's license. It is advantageous if you: * Have leadership skills and/or leadership experience as the right person can take on responsible positions in future expansions within the region * Have experience from the industry * As a person, you have a creative and engaged mindset where you are passionate about what you do! We see that you are persistent and results-oriented, striving diligently towards set goals. We also see that you are business-minded with the ability to see both the organization's success as a whole and your customers from a long-term perspective. As you will be working with qualified sales and longer processes, we also see that you are relationship-building and care for your customers. Furthermore, you are self-driven and responsible, handling your tasks in a structured manner.
